The Education and Outreach Committee is dedicated to providing resources and materials for furthering public understanding and acceptance of prescribed burning in Wisconsin.

The following materials have been produced to help prescribed burners communicate with and educate the public in Wisconsin:

Door Hangers

Door hangers can be used to alert neighbors to a prescribed fire in their area. Our door hangers are available for pick-up only - to find out closest location contact Matt Zine, WDNR

Fact Sheets

Fact sheets may be used to put in door hangers or as educational mailings and handouts. Fact sheets are meant to be printed as tri-fold brochures.
